Emotional Wellness
Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize emotions, understand what they may be communicating, and respond in ways that support well-being and relationships. It includes awareness of your own emotional patterns as well as sensitivity to the feelings, needs, and perspectives of others. These skills can be practiced over time; they are not a measure of whether someone is naturally calm, social, or emotionally expressive.
